LA GRAN MEZQUITA🇹🇷 | THE BIG MOSQUE //ES🇪🇦 Este es uno de esos lugares que conocí de pura casualidad y sin intención, caminando horas por las calles de Estambul y dirigiéndome hacia todo aquello que se viera por encima de los edificios. La mezquita de Solimán o mezquita de Süleymaniye es una de las más bellas de Estambul, bastante monumental, decorada con columnas de mármol y granito. Los inconfundibles minaretes se elevan como sosteniendo el cielo. The Süleymaniye Mosque is one of the most beautiful in Istanbul, quite monumental, decorated with columns of marble and granite. The unmistakable minarets rise as if supporting the sky. This beauty architectural monument was made during the mandate of Suleiman I "The Magnificent" and since then it has survived fires, wars and earthquakes that made some damage on it.
